Dr. Baran received her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed post-doctoral research training in Sleep, Circadian and Respiratory Neurobiology at Harvard Medical School. She is interested in understanding the role of abnormal sleep in symptoms and cognitive deficits in psychiatric disorders.

Tess is a graduate student clinician/researcher in the Psychological and Brain Sciences Program at the University of Iowa. Tess’ research interest includes using mobile technology to better understand risk and protective factors that contribute to functioning and well-being in people with psychoses.

Dr. McCleery received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Kent State University, and completed a predoctoral clinical internship and a postdoctoral research fellowship at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. She is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults in the early phases of psychosis in a variety of clinical and research settings.

Gonzalo is a graduate student clinician/researcher in the Clinical Psychology Program at the University of Iowa. Gonzalo’s research interests include using brain imaging to understand differences in brain structure & function in individuals with psychosis.
